Ignite Physical Therapy & Wellness is a cash-based practice, which means we work directly for you- not your insurance company.

This allows us to provide:

• 1-on-1, uninterrupted sessions

• Personalized treatment plans- not dictated by visit limits, billing codes, or third parties

• More time spent on what actually helps you heal

How It Works:

• Payment is due at the time of service (we accept credit/debit, cash, personal check)

• We’re out-of-network with insurance, but can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement.

• Depending on your out-of network benefits, insurance will reimburse you directly. 

• We recommend calling your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network physical therapy benefits.

• You do not need a referral to start physical therapy.
